World Mode
Guild Saga: World Mode is a Solana blockchain application and idle game where users can utilize their Guild Saga assets. The application is in the style of a pixel art fantasy map, using settings from the game, and features a number of points of interest:
At the Heroes Guild, holders of a Hero NFT can send their Hero on quests. While on a quest, Heroes will earn $GGLD, $GGEM, and loot (item NFTs) for the holder.
At the Blacksmith and Witch’s Hut, users can combine loot/item NFTs. The item NFTs used to craft are burned and the user receives a new item in their place.
At the Royal Bank, users can open a vault and deposit $GGLD. Upon deposit, the $GGLD is locked up and earns the user passive $GGLD over time–the quantum of which is proportionate to the amount staked
The Town Square is Newacre’s marketplace. Here, users can purchase and sell loot and mercenary NFTs on Guild Saga’s $GGLD token marketplace.
At the Lumbermill, Fishing Cabin, and Mining Site, users can send their Hero NFTs on profession quests, which require specific Tool NFTs to commence, and return specific loot NFT yields–materials to be used in crafting.
At the Catacombs, players can summon Mercenary NFTs using $GGLD and $GGEM. A Hero NFT is also required to act as the summoner, but is not consumed. Similar to a Quest, Summoning will take a specified amount of time to complete.
